5 ml to 10ml per 1 liter of drinking water per day. Before and after the race: 10ml per 1 liter of drinking water.
MARATHON: 4-5 ml / 1L of water,
LONG DISTANCE: 3-4 ml / 1 L of water,
MIDDLE DISTANCE: 2-3ml / 1L of water
